When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

The users need to enter some personal information such as First name, Last Name, E-mail etc when they contact us via Contact us form. Without this information, it wouldn’t be possible for us to know differentiate users.

However, before the user submits the contact form to us, they are forced to read our privacy policy that explains everything related to privacy of the users and the cookies policy. There is a checkbox given at the bottom of the forms which the users need to tick before pressing submit button.


If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Our website does not ask Children to enter their information because we do not target users to the advertisements or any other purpose. Though the website is safe for them to browse.

We value our user’s and hence understand that we must prompt users for the actions they are going to take on our website. For example, when a user submits a contact us form to reach us, we have given a checkbox which reminds users to read our privacy policy and give their consent on their privacy before they click submit button.  We do the same for comments as well on our website.

Change in Privacy Policy

We update our Privacy policy document time to time to make sure we maintain the privacy of the users and keep them informed of the same. The users receive a notification if we make any change to our privacy policy. Moreover, we also suggest the readers to either bookmark this page or visit it often to see if there is any change to the policy and how we handle the privacy of our users.
